The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) helps support low-income seniors (60 and over) with extra assistance. Please check the income requirements and stop by any of the Partner Agencies listed below for assistance filling out the application. The application is available online if you want to fill it out in advance before visiting a partner agency.
If your application is accepted, you will receive a written notice of eligibility with location and dates of your distributions from the program.
